Every step of making your swimsuit, from making an appointment to final delivery, is carefully orchestrated to guarantee the same exceptional quality. Whether you are physically with me or connected online, you will benefit from personalized support, expert advice and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring total satisfaction and a finished product that meets your expectations.
Make an appointment
To book, use our online booking platform and choose between an in-person or videoconference consultation.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary instructions. Simple and quick!
Before we meet, take a moment to browse the collection and identify the models and fabrics that inspire you.
The meeting
During our 45 to 60 minute meeting, we will collaborate to create your ideal swimsuit together.
We will explore your expectations, choose the models and fabrics that appeal to you and take your measurements carefully. Through this interactive exchange, I will guide you with personalized advice adapted to your body shape and preferences.
Together we will plan the next steps, whether in the workshop or remotely, with the same attention and attention to detail.
The proposal
Designs are usually created early in the week, on Monday or Tuesday. I’ll send you a proposal by email as soon as it’s ready.
It will include a virtual mannequin wearing your swimsuit with the chosen colors, accompanied by a 360° view for a complete visualization.
After reviewing it, you can approve it so we can move on to the next steps.
Subsequent appointment
If you would like to discuss or make adjustments to your proposal, you can contact me by phone, email or text message.
Once the changes are made, I will send you the final version .
Making the Swimsuit
Once your proposal is approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin creating your swimsuit.
You will receive an invoice indicating the deposit amount and the available payment methods.
As soon as the payment is received, the tailoring process will begin. My goal is to offer you fast, personalized service while ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to your preferences.
The remaining balance will be due upon delivery
Delivery
You will be informed at every step of the process. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification.
Shipping takes 10 to 15 business days. If you prefer, you can also pick up your order at my workshop by appointment.
Final payment must be completed before your order is released.
