Production times

Production begins on the scheduled date, once the deposit has been paid. You will receive a confirmation email when your Swimsuit enters production.

The production time is generally around 4 weeks from this point and may vary depending on the project.

 

Shipping and delivery

Once your swimsuit is finished, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your order can be shipped to the address provided or collected from the workshop, by appointment.

The final balance must be paid before delivery or shipment.

 

Delivery costs

A fixed fee of $16 applies to each order.

 

Collection at the workshop

A free collection service is also available at the workshop, by appointment. You will be contacted when your order is ready.

 

Returns and adjustments

Each swimsuit is custom-made, and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are possible.

If an adjustment is necessary, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Adjustments are made by Belle de Plage to ensure optimal results.

In-shop alterations are preferred. If this is not possible, arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the hygiene seal intact.
