Belle de Plage reserves the right to modify these terms, prices, products, and policies at any time, without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

2. External Links and Gift Cards

The website www.belledeplage.com may contain links to third-party platforms, including Square, used for payment processing and gift cards.

Belle de Plage has no control over these platforms and cannot be held responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.

Gift cards are issued and processed through Square. Their use is subject to Square’s terms and conditions. The client is responsible for entering their gift card information at the time of payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published under the Belle de Plage brand, including texts, images, videos, name, and logo, is the exclusive property of Belle de Plage and is protected by applicable laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Certain creations may be made using commercially purchased patterns, used as a base for design and adapted as needed. These patterns are not reproduced, distributed, or sold.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Belle de Plage reserves the right to refuse a service or order at any time, including in cases of:

• suspected or confirmed fraud

• misuse of the website

• violation of these terms

• inability to ensure the client’s safety during a visit to the atelier

5. Orders, Payment and Delivery

All products are made to order. Delivery terms are detailed in the “Shipping and Returns” section.

Before completing your order, you agree to the total amount, applicable fees, and production timelines.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is validated.

5.1 Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required and must be paid prior to the start of production.

Production begins only once payment has been confirmed.

The remaining balance is payable before delivery or shipment.

No swimsuit will be released or shipped without full payment.

5.2 Product Accuracy

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color or texture may occur depending on screen settings.

6. Personal Information

You agree to provide accurate information for all transactions.

Personal information is kept confidential and is not sold or shared, except where required by law.

Booking a consultation entails an obligation to pay.

A fee of $55 applies to consultations requiring a full assessment, including measurements and the creation of a new client file. This amount must be paid at the time of booking; otherwise, the appointment will not be confirmed.

Gift cards cannot be used at the time of booking. They are applicable only to the final invoice related to your order or service.

If you choose to have a swimsuit custom-made, a $30 credit will be applied to your final invoice.

If your information is already on file and no new full assessment is required, follow-ups and communications may be provided without a consultation fee.

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failing this, a fee may apply.

8. Communications and Submitted Content

Any communication sent to Belle de Plage, whether by email, contact form, or via social media, must not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Belle de Plage reserves the right to ignore, delete, or not respond to any content deemed inappropriate, without notice.

9. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when using the website and services.

10. Legal Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Quebec shall have jurisdiction.

11. Safety During Visits to the Atelier

The Belle de Plage atelier is a safe and organized workspace designed to welcome clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of access conditions and agree to release Belle de Plage from any liability in the event of an incident.

Belle de Plage reserves the right to refuse access to the atelier if safety cannot be ensured.
